hey anybody see any good movies recently? I need movies to watch!
Wall-E was really great. I think it’s the best pixar film made so far! Persepolis was a very insightful movie about a girl growing up in Iran. I saw the Rush Hour Trilogy, very funny stuff. Bank Job was okay, I didn’t think it deserved the high ratings. In Bruge was a very good indie movie. Rocket Science is a hilarious teen flick that I think everyone should watch, it’s about a kid with a speech impediment and his experiences at school. The Network was very philosophical and still applies to our news media today. The Seventh Seal made me think about death. Being John Malkovich made me question the mind-body problem. Kung Fu panda was a good child’s flick. Sunshine was a forgettable sci-fi flick. Forgotten Kingdom was kind of boring in the beginning, but the fighting scenes near the end were very intense. The Futurama movie was as great as I expected it to be. Young People F**king was a very good movie about different sexual relationships – it was very funny, had some good moments. Love Guru kinda sucked balls; but it was okay at some parts and watchable if you have nothing else to watch. 21 was good, but I expected more from the plot and from the ending. Definitely, Maybe is an excellent romantic comedy, watch it! I watched the entire Star Wars movie series for the first time just a few weeks ago, all six movies for the first time, and I don’t have to tell you it was awesome. Teeth was an okay comedy. I watched all the Indiana Jones again, except the newest release which I heard was kinda bad. Lars and the Real Girl, that’s a movie I recommend everyone should watch, it was a good heartwarming comedy. I saw Pirates of the Carribean 3 and it just dragged on and on… and the ending was, as people told me it would be, really really cheesy. Wild Hogs was just stupid.
